New video! Episode 318

What did you think?

Paige and Emily are okay!

A lot of us were worried about Paige and Emily after last Tuesday's episode. Hanna follows Caleb and Paige into a bar to try to find out what the two of them were planning on doing regarding the A Team. Hanna sees Paige talking to Shauna, who we haven't seen since the Pretty Dirty Secrets web series.

At first I was really scared for Emily because Paige seemed to be having quite the time with Shauna; laughing and talking. And at the end of the episode Hanna says that Paige might not be a "one girl type of girl."

But relax Pemily shippers! Here is a sneak peak clip of next week's episode:

So Paige was talking to Shauna about the Queen of Hearts costume! Too bad Spencer isn't that interested in what's going on...

Alison's possible pregnancy + who is the baby daddy?

LIKE WHOAH GUYS. Did anyone see that one coming? At first we were worried about Aria being preggo for a hot minute, but now we're looking at the queen bee herself!

 Photo from ABC Family

To recap, Alison wasn't visiting her grandmother as she told the girls she was. She was in Cape May with Cece. While she was there, she was hooking up with someone we only know as "beach hottie." And soon, Alison discovers her period is two weeks late. Terrified, she goes to CeCe for help, afraid for her life. Who ever the father is, he obviously does not want a baby. And if Alison herself is in tears, afraid for her life, this guy probably means business.
Of course, there's possibility that she's not. It wasn't confirmed. But what we also know is that Wilden was in Cape May at the same time Alison was. So could he be the father?

Photo from ABC Family

We know that Wilden is a sketch character ever since we found out that Hanna's mom was sleeping with him to keep her out of trouble. He's always sneaking around, and generally being a really shady character. He's supposed to be on the Liar's side, so why do I keep getting vibes that he's not so good after all? I think it's a definite possibility that he could've been the father. And that's why he's so determined to figure out what happened to Alison, or cover up what was done.

"..a serious trip." ET interview with Keegan Allen!

Photo from ABC Family

ETonline has an awesome interview with Keegan Allen! Make sure to check it out here.

So one of our burning questions is: Is Toby really evil? And after last week's episode and reading this interview, I was reminded as to why Toby hates the liars. A lot of people have forgotten season 1, and how Toby was the person everyone in Rosewood blamed their problems on:
"Toby really has an ax to grind with these girls -- they wronged him, made him into this scapegoat, blinded his stepsister, made his family disown him, he wasn't able to go to school, he was named a killer, he went to jail and he went to juvenile hall all because of their mistakes while they went free. Toby has a lot of hate and anger in him towards those girls and it's just starting to be realized -- and it will be realized in a big way."

We as fans have been blinded, like Spencer, with a love for Toby and his and Spencer's relationship. We get so caught up in the romantic sweet Toby, but all the while, he's been doing A's dirty work. He has a grudge. A huge one. And even though most of us are angry with Toby right now, we have to remember this scene from season 1:

So do you remember this Toby? If you ever felt like this, I bet you would want revenge on the people who made you feel literally like trash.

Spoliers from 317 - Read at own risk!

Check out theses spoilers from tomorrow's new episode! Theses were found on Tumblr, and I have NO IDEA if they are legit, but I figured it would be fun to read them and speculate about their possibility:
  • Ezra will find out about his son and apparently the way he finds out isn’t in the ‘I think you need to know this’ kind of way.
  • A new character Miles Corwin appears.
  • Spencer will go all crazy on Mona.
  • Wesley will be in the episode.
  • Emily will confront Spencer and tell her that Spencer is way too smart to play dumb.
  • The liars will notice Spencer’s different behavior.
  • It will be discovered that Alison was not with her grandmother for the summer, but was in fact in Cape May.
  • There will be a Spoby flashback.
  • Spencer won’t tell the liars about Toby just yet.
  • Emily will find a notebook that contains messages between Ali and an unknown person which will turn out to be Toby.
I guess we'll find out soon enough!

New video! Part II of "Misery Loves Company"

Is Byron still a suspect for Alison's murder?

Do you still think Ali is alive?

Photo from ABC Family

In episode 316 there this shot of Hannah right before she goes into the boutique where Toby attacks her. She stops and looks at the reflection, and turns around to see that the person is no longer standing there. We are lead to believe that this person could be Ali because of the signature red coat this person is wearing. But the question remains: is it really her?

Photo from ABC Family

Of course later in this episode Aria is "visited" by Alison where she tells her she is 'more alive than she's ever been." And the doll is still in the same place where Ali left it during her visit. So it seems as if she was really there.

Photo from ABC Family

I think this episode was pivotal in the Courtney/Ali theory that is still circulating around the internet. The Ali that we see in this episode is the one that blackmailed Byron. And the Ali that blackmailed Byron was the one at the girl's sleepover the night she was "killed." So for now it still looks as if there is only one "twin."

But another thing confused me the most is why Ali is blonde while wearing the red coat. The red coat is the signature of Vivian Darkbloom, who is obviously a brunette. To review, Ali dressed as Vivian so she could get around easier without the threat of the A Team watching her. So why go out in the open in a town where EVERYONE is talking about your death? I mean, you could really scare the crap out of some people.

In an interview with Marlene King, she said this: "...we teased very early on in the first part of season three that red may be the new black, and you’re going to find out what that means in season 3B — black being the black hoodie.” (Source)

So does this quote mean that people wearing red are also a part of the A Team? Was the person watching Hanna just another blonde who is part of the team? Could it have been CeCe or Meredith?

Aria and Ezra's impending break up

Photo from ABC Family

Spencer: How could you do that to her? Do you think it's easy to find out a secret like that?

We've all seen this particular clip from the preview of next week's episode. Spencer is presumably confronting Ezra about what we assume is his and Aria's breakup. There was this shot of a text from Aria on Spencer's phone (I think) also in the preview:

Photo from ABC Family

I am assuming that Aria told Ezra about her dad and the blackmail. He freaked out about the possibility of Byron being Ali's killer and broke up with Aria to be safe. We already know Byron doesn't approve of their relationship, so I think it's okay for Ezra to be afraid that Byron may come after him next. But that's just one idea.

There's also the idea that Aria finally tells Ezra about his son. He gets mad at her for keeping the secret,  freaks out about being a father, and breaks it off. Maybe the secret Spencer is referring to his the fact that he does indeed have a son.

There are rumors that the break up won't last long at all. But I remember before this season started that Marlene said that this would be a tough season for Ezria. I can't remember where I read it, but I remember reading that Ezra and Aria will break up and dealing with that along with the baby daddy issues is going to be the main conflict within their storyline.

But whatever it is, we'll just have to watch and see.

Rest in peace, Spoby... For now?

Alright. So it's been a few days since our beloved Spencer learned the truth about Toby. Tears were shed, hearts ripped out, dreams shattered... And we're all left wondering "why?" Although the topic is still up for debate, I think this episode was proof of the fact that Toby was evil all along. He always was a part of the scheme. But why? And how could he have just destroyed Spencer like that? Was breaking her heart part of Mona's revenge on her? And Toby was the tool that did the breaking?

Maybe Spencer catching Toby was the plan all along:

Toby: I still feel like we're rushing this.
Mona: I told you, I'm not the one calling the shots. Fear cuts deeper than a sword. They need to understand that she's in charge.

At least we know now that the "head A" really is a girl!

Even after everything that happened, Marlene did say there would be a resolution to the Spoby drama in the finale of season 3B. There was a spoiler leaked from the script that says something along the lines of, "she leans her head into his chest, this feels like home." But is this line about them?

Keegan Allen also tweeted that he believes that Toby really loves Spencer. But even if he did, he still chose to do what the "A-Team" tells him to do regardless of his feelings for her. That leaves me to question if what he "feels" for her is genuine or not.

    What do you think?
